NEXT-GENERATION CONVERSATION AIDIALOGEXA / Product vision
Every insight.Nothing left unsaid.
Your knowledge. AI in motion. People in control.
A conversation starts.
Your business moves.
An inquiry can open the door to an international partnership. A clear reply can earn the next moment of trust. We’re building Dialogexa to make your expertise part of that exchange: bring knowledge into the conversation, turn understanding into a next step and carry your team’s experience across channels and languages. Our ambition is to give every question a foundation and every follow-up a way forward.
KNOWLEDGE. CONVERSATION. POSSIBILITY.
Understand the request.
Move the work forward.
02 / See how a conversation could work
Understanding is useful when it leads somewhere. Our aim is to connect customer requests with forms, tasks and business tools: gather missing details, prepare follow-up and coordinate the work within the authority you grant. Clear requirements can become a task; decisions that need judgment go to your team. Give the customer’s “I’d like to” a practical next step.
AI works. Your team decides.See the work behind it.
Keep judgment in the loop.
Make the next step clear.
A fictional example of a future workflow, illustrating our product vision. The current evaluation does not provide automated AI replies. This scenario is not a live quote or a service commitment.
03 / Your expertise, in the conversation
Your expertise.
In every conversation.
Your expertise lives in product information, service rules, past experience and the judgment of your team. Our vision brings it into the conversation: find the relevant information, understand what matters to the customer and ask the question that helps. Make clear what is established and what still needs checking. Let your team review the lessons worth keeping, so the next exchange can build on what the business has learned.
An answer with a foundation.
Business boundaries · Open questionsKeep the conversation connected
Connect websites, apps and business channels so customer requests, supporting details and follow-up stay together. Give your team a shared view of progress, with separate knowledge and customer boundaries for each brand.
Make meaning travel
Customers ask in the language they know best. Your team works in theirs. Our goal is to turn expert guidance into natural customer communication, carrying the details, conditions and tone across English, French and more languages.
Answer from what your business knows
Draw on approved product information, service rules and team experience. Understand what matters to the customer, ask a useful follow-up question and make clear what is established and what still needs a person to confirm.
04 / AI works. Your team decides.
AI at work.
People in charge.
Human expertise is at the heart of the Dialogexa vision. AI would carry the information and the process; people decide the conditions, the commitments and the exceptions. Private guidance, reply review and takeover let your team intervene where the work calls for it. Put experience in charge of the direction, and sound judgment where it can make a difference.
Bring your expertise into the workflow. Keep the important decisions with your team.
05 / Keep the conversation going, across languages
One conversation system.
A world of possibility.
From one website to several brands, and from one language to new markets, businesses need understanding that carries forward. We envision a shared conversation capability across that wider network, with each business line keeping its own knowledge, customer information and rules. Your team has a common view of the work. Customers ask in a language they know; expert guidance reaches them clearly. A first contact can become the start of the next partnership.
One connected conversation system
International inquiries
Make it easier to do business across borders
Help overseas customers understand your products and services, clarify purchasing needs and provide the right information. Bring the customer and your team into a useful business discussion, across languages.
Sales and customer service
Make the next conversation count
Connect product questions, requirements and after-sales follow-up. Give the next person the context a customer has already shared, so your team can continue the service and see what needs to happen next.
Professional services
Put expert judgment within reach
Use approved knowledge for routine inquiries and bring complex questions to qualified people. Turn their private guidance into a reply the customer can understand, with a clear place for judgment and responsibility.
Multiple brands
Bring brands into one shared view
Give websites, business lines and service teams a common conversation capability. Each keeps its own knowledge, customer information and rules, while the people doing the work can collaborate.
PRODUCT VISION / EACH BUSINESS KEEPS ITS OWN KNOWLEDGE AND RULES

Your environment.
Build conversation into your own business. Dialogexa’s direction is self-hosted, configurable software that leaves your team in charge of the environment, knowledge rules, permissions and future connections. Start by evaluating one customer touchpoint, then decide how the platform should grow with your work.

Get to know Dialogexa.
Start on the customer side: send an inquiry and share your requirements. Then download and self-host the evaluation to explore the team workflow—private guidance, draft review, operator replies and conversation takeover. See how your people would work with it in your own environment.
Evaluation 0.1.0 supports conversations, requirements forms and human collaboration. The public trial uses test scenarios and sample information; an operator handles replies. Automated AI replies, translation and mobile push are not available in this edition.
Before you get started.
What are we building Dialogexa to do?
We want to make a business’s expertise an ongoing part of its customer conversations: understand the request, draw on company knowledge, connect the next useful action and keep important decisions with the team. The aim is to give each exchange a way forward—for the work and the relationship.
Where should a business start?
International inquiries, sales and service, professional advice and multiple-brand operations are central to our product vision. For an evaluation, choose one business line and one customer touchpoint, then use your team’s actual working process to assess the fit.
What can I try in the evaluation today?
Evaluation 0.1.0 supports persistent conversations, requirements forms, operator replies, private guidance, draft approval and conversation takeover. An operator answers in the public trial. Automated AI replies, translation, mobile push and automated execution through business tools are future directions and are not connected in the current evaluation.
Can I run Dialogexa on my own server?
Yes. Download the evaluation source code or the self-contained Linux ARM64 package, then follow the guide to deploy the customer and admin interfaces. Your team arranges operation, maintenance and business configuration. Self-hosting gives you independent evaluation software; it does not enable future model capabilities by default.
Which download should I use if my server is not ARM64?
The Linux ARM64 runtime package works only on that operating system and architecture; it cannot run directly on an x64 machine. For other environments, use the source code and the appropriate build tools described in the guide. Check your server’s operating system and architecture first.
Will I be able to choose my models and business tools?
That is part of the Dialogexa product direction: let businesses plan connections to the models, channels and systems that fit their work. Automated model services are not enabled in the current evaluation. Integration methods, compatibility and conditions of use need to be confirmed as each capability is verified.
How does my team retain control of important replies?
The evaluation supports private guidance, draft approval and takeover of an individual conversation. Internal guidance is not visible to the customer. Your team decides service terms and important replies. Future automation will be built around explicit authority and clear points for human intervention.
What is a useful first evaluation?
Try customer messages and a requirements form in the public trial. Then read the guide and download the package suited to your environment. In your own admin workspace, test how the team handles requests, reviews replies and takes over a conversation. Evaluate future capabilities separately as they develop.
